As you can imagine, the process of securing EU Residency and Citizenship is complex. However our team in Italy organises and processes all the required paperwork, so you don’t have to. We have established relationships with affiliated experts, notaries, business consultants, accountants and local government staff, thus taking away the stress of language barriers and complicated bureaucracy.

Step 1.
After we have received your Pre Application form, if we are able to secure your EU Residency and Citizenship, we will be able to give you a decision within 24 hours. *Please note, we will only proceed if we can Guarantee success for you.

Step 2.
We will process all forms which are required for the issue of your Residency. At this stage your initial €36’000 fee is payable. It is a requirement that you have a residential rental contract in the Umbria region of Italy for a 1 year period and our Italian Concierge team will organise this for you. Rental prices are currently relatively low and start at €500 depending on your specific desires. There is no obligation to continue with your initial property rental after your first year because of course you will have all the benefits as an EU Resident / Citizen along with the freedom to travel across the entire Schengen zone.

Step 3.
You will need to visit Italy near to the start of your application process in order to complete all necessary biometrics etc. Our personal concierge will collect you from Rome airport and escort you to all appointments throughout the week. The duration of your visit needs to be approximately 7 days.

Step 4.
Your Residency status will be completed within 4 to 6 weeks.

Step 5.
We are now able to process all forms which are required for the issue of your Citizenship. At this stage your remaining fee of €74’000 is payable.

Step 6.
You will need to visit Italy again for your Citizenship application process in order to complete all necessary biometrics etc. Our personal concierge will collect you from Rome airport and escort you to all appointments throughout the week. The duration of your visit needs to be approximately 7 days.

Step 7.
Your Citizenship status will be completed within 4 to months and you will need to visit Italy again to collect your Passports. Of course, we will be waiting for you at the Airport with a bottle of champagne on ice!
