The CARICOM Free Movement 2025 marks a historic step toward deeper Caribbean unity. In particular, Dominica, Barbados, Belize, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines made history by establishing free movement of people across their borders. As of 1 October 2025, nationals of these four countries can live, work, and settle permanently in any participating state. As a result, they may do so without visas, work permits, or time-restricted entry stamps.
